Dr. Raskin is a Board Certified Family Physician with more than 15 years experience in Occupational Health. Dr. Raskin has served as Medical Review Officer for NovaCare in Northern California and is the former Director of Washington Hospital's Occupational Medical Clinics in Fremont, California. He is certified by California's Industrial Medical Council as a Qualified Medical Evaluator.

Our Medical Staff is fully licensed, well trained and updated in the latest OSHA standards to ensure maximum safety for your employees.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

At the scheduled date and time, licensed, insured On-Site Health nurses will come to your workplace to administer vaccinations requested. The number of nurses sent will be based upon the estimated number of vaccines to be administered and the appointment duration. Employees will be required to complete simple HIPAA and consent forms and answer a few health related questions before they are given a vaccination. The whole process takes less than a few minutes.
